Add Us to Your Device Conference InformationWild Dunes: Carolinas MGMA attendees will be placed in rooms at any of the following properties: the Boardwalk Inn, Residence at Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Inn. All properties are fantastic and are located close by and a short walking distance to the Sweetgrass Pavilion’s meeting space. Click here for a resort map. The Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. The Hotel offers complimentary luggage storage. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability. Guests occupying their room beyond checkout time, without Hotel’s authorization, will be charged for an additional night. Parking: Valet parking is available at the Sweetgrass Inn and the Boardwalk Inn. Overnight Valet parking is $35.00 per night and Daily Valet Parking is $10.00 per day. Self-parking is extremely limited, but some spots are available on the Brick Parking lot in front of the Harbor Pro Shop. Handouts & CEUs: Carolinas MGMA’s Spring Conference boasts up to 10 earnable CEUs for an attendee, including our ACMPE Presentation on Friday morning. The available handouts are located on the Spring Conference "Speakers & Handouts" page. They are located under each speaker here. Additional handouts will be added as they become available. Our Alliance Sponsors & Exhibitors: We have a sold-out exhibit hall with 36 organizations ready to help you and your practice! Please thank our Alliance Sponsors and Exhibitors for joining us while you go through the exhibit hall. We are glad to have them and they are essential to our conference's success. Click here for the exhibit hall. BINGO Cards: Win BIG! At check-in, all attendees will receive a BINGO card to collect signatures from each booth. One grand prize winner will receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card at the conclusion of the last general session on Friday. You must be present to win. Exhibitor Door Prizes: All exhibitor prizes will be distributed Thursday at 3:30pm in the general session. Attendees must be present to win. Dress attire is business casual. Convention Centers and hotels are notorious for being cold one minute and stuffy the next, so we recommend dressing in layers for your comfort. Carolinas MGMA Suit-Casing Policy states that any individual who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company's booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Suit-casing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly. For the purposes of this policy, suit-casing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events.
