Brandi is a manager in BRC’s outsourced accounting group. She has over 8 years of experience in the accounting and tax realms. She is an active member in the North Carolina Medical Group Managers Association. Brandi works primarily with professional service groups and high net worth individuals, including physician practices, law firms, and other closely-held businesses. Brandi is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA).

Partner, BRC
Tracey is a CPA and partner in the Wilmington office of BRC. She applies her knowledge and practical ideas to meet client needs from both a business and tax perspective. Tracey works primarily with medical practices, professional service groups and high net worth individuals. She also leads BRC’s client accounting service line, focusing on providing outsourced accounting and CFO advisory services to clients. With over 30 years of experience, Tracey enjoys working with healthcare clients to address the ongoing challenges they face – delivery system consolidation, increased transparency, increased regulatory requirements and physician transition.

Principal, BRC
Mike serves as the Firm’s Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Leader and is based in the Raleigh office of BRC. He specializes in managing client relationships, providing strategic financial advice, leading and developing a team of professionals, and driving business growth. He ensures that accounting practices comply with regulations, oversee financial management, and implement technological solutions to improve efficiency. Additionally, he is tasked with maintaining quality control and managing risks associated with accounting and advisory services.<br><br>Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA).
