 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

General Session
What's the Hurry
• Jordan Archer, Tryon Medical Partners
Do we recognize how much of a problem hurry is in our daily lives? What would life look like if we were not hurried? Putting a twist on the NY Times Best Seller "The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry" by John M Comer, join the group for a collaborative, engaging conversation around "hurry" in the workplace.

The "ruthless elimination of hurry" in a professional workplace is a strategy to combat the detrimental effects of constant rushing and busyness by intentionally creating space for deliberate, focused, and quality work. This approach emphasizes that true effectiveness comes from presence, not pace, fostering better decision-making, enhanced creativity, improved well-being, and stronger relationships by prioritizing mindfulness, setting boundaries, and slowing down to engage deeply with tasks and colleagues.

Discussion questions will be sent ahead of the summit - come ready to engage!

Ancillary Service Lines
• LauraLee Lawley
Given ongoing downward pressure on reimbursement rates, physicians and physician groups continue to investigate outside service lines to supplement their income. In many cases, offering these services “in house” is more convenient for patients, allows patients to receive diagnostic or treatment services more quickly and conveniently and supports value-based care. The repeal of CON in South Carolina, and the partial repeal of CON in North Carolina, has created new opportunities for development of ancillary service lines. This panel discussion will focus on opportunities and challenges, as well as a discussion of how some physician groups have successfully navigated this expansion of services to the benefit of both their patients and their bottom line.

Unlock Prisons of Uncertainty to Rebuild Culture From the Inside Out
• Rashmi Airan
The future of work demands leaders who can navigate uncertainty with courage and conviction. Yet leaders often remain stuck in prisons of ego, perfectionism, cultural conditioning, and fear of being wrong. Organizations amplify these barriers with silos, toxic cultures, and rigid hierarchies that suffocate creativity and belonging. Rashmi challenges leaders to dismantle these prisons and rise into authentic, clarity-driven leadership.
